The Saracens land on the channel port of Bellaria Igea Marina !
The seaside town celebrates the twelfth edition of the historical re-enactment " Lo Sbarco dei Saraceni " from 25 to 27 July with many new features and surprises, such as the fireworks display over the sea.
The event will be hosted by Polo Est, the free beach of Igea Marina , where the people in period costumes will land with historic sailing boats on Friday 25 July. The parade through the streets of the city will follow, with games and animations and, in the evening, a great show of musical fireworks.
The event will continue on Saturday 26 July at the Municipality Park with the Saracen Festival in period clothes , display of old crafts, banquet of ancient foods and drinks , music and shows.
Grand finale on Sunday 27 July with the Palio dei Saraceni, always in the Park of the Municipality of Bellaria , games, historical animations, party and Saracen banquet.
