Slowfood also means express cuisine: our chef Marco, from Romagna, loves to serve dishes cooked on the spot and if you have to wait an extra minute it is due to the care we take to prepare it. The evening before choose the menu from a selection of three first courses and three second courses with fish every day, this allows us to buy products day by day as we favour fresh seasonal ingredients. The buffet comprises vegetables that are often bought from local farmers and transformed with creativity and passion by Marco and his staff, enriching every meal with healthy tasty food. There are those who eat to live, in Romagna we live to eat.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we know it well. Sweet and savoury food both feature in a buffet where nothing is missing! Cookies of all kinds, wholemeal, for celiac sufferers, for lactose intolerance, bread and croissants, toast and jam, yogurt and cereal. But this is what all the hotels offer, we offer more: you can make a toasted sandwich, you can request eggs cooked on the spot, choose from many homemade cakes (my favourite ones are tarts and soft lemon cake), but especially fresh milk and espresso always.'Passatelli'
